When do I need to set aside guestrooms for my wedding guests? This is going to depend upon when your wedding date is scheduled. For a Spring, Fall or Winter wedding, I would recommend 6-10 months prior. For a summer wedding, I would recommend setting aside guestrooms 10-12 months prior. What due date should I put on my RSVP cards? I recommend putting a due date of 3 weeks prior. There is a correlation between the further out the RSVP due date with a lessened percentage or responses received. At three weeks prior to the reception, this still allows ample time if contact needs to be made with those that did not RSVP. The final guaranteed count is not due to the hotel until 72 hours prior (Tuesday for a Friday wedding; Wednesday for a Saturday wedding). When can I get into the ballroom to decorate? For your convenience, the Ramada Hotel & Conference Center offers an on-site decorating service. What centerpieces are complimentary? The following are all examples of complimentary centerpieces. Please feel free to mix and match to make your own too!
